TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION OF TICKETS

PRICES

VAT is included in the prices displayed on the website, if nothing else is mentioned. The prices are always shown as price per person, if nothing else is mentioned.

ONLINE PAYMENT

Activities booked and purchased online at the website are always paid in advance. A booked activity is not registered until a valid payment has been carried out. A number of payment options are presented in the end of the booking procedure by Klarna Bank AB, which is the supplier of the payment service.

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS

Activities booked by business or associations through telephone or e-mail contact are usually paid with inoice in arrears.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Currently we do not accept cash.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal is not applicable on timescheduled products.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION:

TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUALS

Rescheduling or cancellation of tickets must be announced to us at least two days before the day of the visit. If announced later rescheduling or refunding is not allowed. Rescheduling/cancellation has to be made through e-mail to book@salasilvermine.com. Rescheduling is free of charge. Cancellation costs 50 SEK per cancelled ticket for scheduled departures and 425 SEK per cancelled group ticket at private departures. We always confirm your matter. Refunds are paid back through Klarna Bank via the payment method you used for the purchase.

TICKETS FOR BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS & ASSOCIATIONS

Rescheduling or cancellation must be announced to us at least 21 days before the arrangement takes place, to be free of charge. Group participants can be added/removed within shorter notice. Rescheduling/cancellation less than 21 days prior to the visit will result in a charge of 425 SEK per group activity. Rescheduling/cancellation later than 48 hours prior to the visit is not possible. Rescheduling/cancellation has to be carried out through a written e-mail to book@salasilvermine.com. Please state the name of the person who carried out the reservation, as well as the original date for the visit. We always confirm your matter.

ACCOMMODATION FOR INDIVIDUALS (NOT GROUPS):

Rescheduling or cancellation is possible until 3 p.m. on the day before arrival. If carried out later you will be charged for the first night, but not for the following nights. Rescheduling/cancellation has to be carried out through a written e-mail to book@salasilvermine.com. Please state the name of the person who carried out the reservation, as well as the original date for the visit. We always confirm your matter.

ACCOMMODATION FOR BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS (GROUPS):

Rescheduling or cancellation is possible until 3 p.m. on the day before arrival. If carried out later you will be charged for the first three nights (=1350 SEK). Rescheduling/cancellation has to be carried out through a written e-mail to book@salasilvermine.com. Please state the name of the person who carried out the reservation, as well as the original date for the visit. We always confirm your matter.

AGE LIMITS

Age limits apply to a number of our activities. If tickets for children younger than the stated age limit are purchased anyway, the consequence might be that the child cannot participate. In such cases no refunds are admitted.  The age limits are stated at respective activity on the website. 

PERSONAL DATA & GDPR

To be able to offer customers to book and pay online for our activities, we need to collect some personal data from you. We save your name, e-mail address and phone number. These data are given to us through the online payment carried out through Klarna Bank AB. Further data collected during the payment are managed by Klarna Bank AB.
